Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Retired Central Government Officers at the level of Section Officer (SO) (Level-10) and Under Secretary (US)/Assistant Director (AD) (Level-11).
- Candidates should have experience in:
- General administration, procurement through GeM, and vendor bill processing.
- Handling RTI requests, public grievances, and inter-ministerial coordination.
- Legal and policy matters, including court case responses (LLB degree with 3 years of experience preferred).
- Preparing annual accounts, financial reconciliation, and audit reports.
- Policy-related work in finance or corporate laws, including securing approvals from the Law Ministry.
Age Limit
- Applicants should not be older than 63 years as of the last day of the calendar month in which they apply.
Salary & Allowances
- Remuneration: Last drawn basic pay minus basic pension.
- Non-government employees: Pay will not exceed Level-10 of the pay matrix, with Transport Allowance (TA) as applicable.
- Other Benefits:
- Local conveyance for official duties.
- Official email ID, identity card, and internet access.
- No additional allowances or accommodation provided.
Working Hours & Leave Policy
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday). Work on weekends may be required if necessary.
- Leave: 1.5 days per completed month (maximum 18 days per year). Unused leave will not carry forward.
Contract Period
- The initial engagement is until April 30, 2025. Extension is possible based on performance and organizational requirements.
- Consultants cannot engage in other assignments during the contract period.

- A Screening Committee & Selection Committee will review applications and shortlist candidates based on eligibility.
