Educational Qualifications
Vice President (Production/Operations):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks
- Engineers & Senior Engineers (Ammonia/Urea/Mechanical/Instrumentation):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks.
- Finance Positions (Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Officer):
- CA/CMA or a two-year full-time MBA with specialization in Finance.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 30 years
- Maximum Age: 53 years
- Age relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
